Explanatrion of the Formula Parts:
Fist Level:[OBJECTS]. Can take the following values:
GLOBAL=For All Objects in the Colony
[Object Category]=For the specific Objects in the Colony

Second Level:[PROPERTY]. Can take the name of any Property( Short Name!) in the World

---

Third Level:[FUNCTION]. Can take the following values:
SUM=Sums all Property Values given to each Object Propery by the Student
AVG=Avarage of all Property Values given to each Object Propery by the Student

Example
SolarPanel.PP.SUM < GLOBAL.PC.SUM Where PP is the property for Power Production and PC is the property for Power Consumption
